She was calm and took care of business. She printed out some forms for me and got my new car insurance changed. I have been with State Farm for decades and this incident was handled so much better than some of my prior claims. My beautiful car was totaled but this experience made it easier to handle. Thank everyone for making it easier for me!!! I want to add on that Yasmine was on top of checking on my claim and helping to expedite all of the pay outs on my claim. She called several times which helped me work through all my emotions about the crash. Plus she answered lots of my questions. You all should be proud of your customer service! "Another 5 star experience with our trusted State Farm agents at Joni Ginno's! Eric DeGarmo has, again, come through on our auto insurance. We sold a car and bought another and I mistakenly did not get the auto insurance transferred over. I realized this two weeks later and Eric swooped in and saved the day! Within a very short time he had the insurance re-quoted (at a very reasonable price), transferred over, and I had insurance cards in my hand. Amazing.
